We were submitted working permit application for teachers of our school with the supporting documents from the Ministry of Education Malaysia at 2nd February 2014 to DP10, Expatriate Division, Immigration Department, Putrajaya, Malaysia.

However, we have yet to receive any result or approval until today. The submission acknowledgement was stated that the result will be release in 5 working days from the submission date.

We have tried to meet up the officers and called many times. Some calls has been just hang up without giving any answer and different officer giving different answers. Below are the "ridiculous" reasons that we obtained from our questioning of our application:
1. There's backlogging in their back office. The application still on queue.
2. Director was not in the office so couldn't sign the approval
3. The documents was submitted into Director's room but couldn't find where is the documents
4. The officer went for assessment only be back end of the month. So no one can help to process the application

The process has been going more than a month and we don't see any efficiency or effort of immigration department to make things going better. They are not consider the costing that a company incurred in going through all these. Our expatriates was in Malaysia with social visit pass and everyone is worrying about the cost of travelling out again to wait for the result of their applications.
