disgusting service

I was offered Explora last year October. I took the package for R99 extra pm. This did not include installation, however a few days later I happened to notice that DSTV where advertising a package including installation for R899 pm. I contacted DSTV and asked them if I could change to this package as I want them to install it. This is where my problems sorted. of the plus minus 30 people I have spoken to since them, each one assured me that the package was now sorted it but each time I contacted them asking when it will be installed the next person told me that the package had not been changed. I went on leave in December and upon returning, I contacted DSTV once again. The once again incompetent advisor I spoke to said to me that I must now get my own installer and they will pay them. She then gave me 2 telephone numbers to contact. I made an appointment with DIK Trading. After confirming a time with me, the person that was supposed to do it called me on his way and I had to give him directions to my house. Needless to say 2 hours later, and he still had not arrived. I contacted him and his excuse was that he had to go back to the office. I advised them that I will not make use of their services as they where just as incompetent as DSTV. I then contacted Aerial and Satellite, who where competent and helpful. I made an appointment with them, however when they came to do the installation, multichoice advised them that I had to pay them cash in order to do the installation as I was still not on the correct package. By now my patience had really run out. I eventually had a supervisor by the name of Kamo Myiyo from dstv that called me back. He assured me that he would sort out the problem. Surprise 2 days later I got a call from the installation people and they told me that they where on their way to install the explora. They turned up but no surprise, they could not do it as the explora that was delivered did not have an extra box with it. I called back and tried speaking to Kamo Myiyo but either the people that answered the phone did not know who he was or some took a message and said that he would call me back. this is now almost a week later and still no luck
