4th a half hour after they left the decoder gave a fault off main decoder and I could not watch TV
4th all the access cables and materials was left on the floor. The new cables that they installed were installed straight across the walls and not like the existing cable through the roof
5th the installation was done vary bad there are cables running everywhere it looks very bad
6th the salesman at game recommended this installer to me
7th this to me is a total RIP off I mean I have been a loyal subscriber for years
