I have requested multiple times that Express Scripts NEVER AUTOMATICALLY send me existing prescriptions on file unless I contact them and place an order. Use a flag, red warning message, or set alarm on computer that shows this message. Why? Because just completed my Annual Health Checkup with my physician and let her know filled my last order on July 1, 2019 for 90 days and there are no refills on record. So, she renewed my prescriptions for upcoming year with a hold upon request. Well, I received two 90 day refills in the mail today (9/13/19) that I DID NOT ORDER. I do not want to stockpile up on medication!!!!!! Especially, my L-Thyroxine (Synthroid) Tabs since the strength may be subject to change. PLEASE advise me what action can be taken by myself and/or Express Scripts to stay on track with the two prescriptions on record.
