can't get rx
An Rx that I have taken for over 10 years, hasn't been refilled although it states it should not be discontinued without doctors permission. I was told my Rx was denied because the prior auth. was expired. I was not told that it had expired or I could have taken action. I notified my doctor and then called express scripts customer service. I was told that they did not want me "to do without the medication", but continued to deny it anyway. Sounded soothing, but meant nothing. It should be illegal for a pharmacy to alter a physicians treatment plan by denying the medication prescribed. It is no wonder healthcare in the US has become steadily worse when this is allowed. Now that patient care is no longer the mission of healthcare in the US I guess we can expect more like this. The prior auth. will go through, eventually, though express scripts is incredibly slow, and I will eventually get my rx, but it is pathetic that I have to go without depression medication while this company is allowed to ignore my health.

WTF?
Ok so after 10 years working for Express Scripts, i was fired. The company messed up my own personal order to where i was out of meds. After the third time, i was promised by the Pres. George Paz it would get resolved and it didnt so i went in and fixed my own order. Got fired because i was told by HR that it was against company policy for employees to work their own orders. Come to find out there is no policy nor is it in wirting in the handbook. I found what happened was that the workload was backed up over 7000 orders and and any accout with a balance was deleted and returned with no call to the customer. So i often wonder how many patients on cardiac or seizure meds had problems? Its all about the money their. The employees i worked with were awsome but the ones in St Louis who actually work employee orders were absolutly horrible.

WTF?
So in the 10 years you worked there YOU never make a mistake? Bull. And everyone with any sense knows you cannot work your own orders.
