Brand name instead of generic

Called because I didn't see a prescription my doctor faxed, they said I called in and said I wanted the generic to be the Brand Name. Sent me what my doctor sent and put in a script for Brand name and charged me $418.00 and have it on renewal and is now pending and cannot cancel because was after 48 hours in the system. Never call back and never refund! Had another issue like this with another drug as well. Very aggravated, not knowing what to do...

Calls to doctors offices

I "DO NOT" know who this company is or HOW they got my name or MY prescription needs or my doctors names.

I only use CVS or Walgreen to fill my prescriptions.

This is the third time they have called my doctors office for a prescription for my medication after it has been filled. The first time was in 2015, then in 2016 and now on January 23, 2017 they did it again.

It is unlawful in Michigan for a pharmacy to contact a doctors office for a prescription or a renewal of a prescription.

In 2016 they got a prescription and when they advised me they were going to send me my medication, I called them to stop the delivery and also discovered they were sending the WRONG medication.

I have both called and emailed each time they contacted my doctor's office asking them to stop but it is like water over a ducks back - they just do not stop the practice.

The last time I called and emailed them I indicated I will not call or email again I was just going to report them to my State Attorney General's office if it happened again - well it happened again.

Take their time sending life saving drugs

I got my other 2 prescriptions after 3 weeks from mail ordering them but it took 5 phone calls from me, each averaging 45 minutes. More lame promises from them saying they would overnight them...they never did, they never do and they never will. I don't know how they stay in business and I am sending a complaint to Missouri. I've contacted the BBB each time but they do nothing. If you have to do business with them through your employer's health insurance, make sure to tell them to change companies. Someone could die!!! When they tell you to pick it up locally, they're hoping you do so they're off the hook. Don't do it...tell them you pay a huge amount of money for your insurance plan and they need to fulfill the contract and send your prescriptions immediately.

Take their time sending life saving drugs

They tell you on the website to put your meds on autofill so that they are put in the que at least 3 weeks before you need them.

No Returns or Refunds

My doctor's office accidentally faxed Express Scripts a prescription instead of mailing it to me. Express Scripts took $347.31 from my checking account without my authorization even though I had told them I no longer wanted automatic prescription shipments. When I noticed they had taken the money, my doctor's office called them to cancel the prescription. One man said the order would be cancelled and my money would be refunded. The next day a woman said the order would not be cancelled because the order had already shipped. It was not shipped until 4 days later. They refused to take the shipment back. Visa refused to get involved saying the issue was too complicated. Medicare Part D and CMS said Express Scripts had to take the order back. They said not to open the package, they would call me back and tell me what to do. Neither called back, returned my calls nor answered my letter. The California State Attorney General said they would investigate the issue if more people complained. Someone needs to do something to get this company in line as they are harming people and putting people's lives in jeopardy. The complaints on the internet about this company are serious.

No Returns or Refunds

Your doctor screwed up, he should pay. As for filling it and charging your account, does your profile have you set up for autopay? You have to cancel it IN WRITING or ONLINE.
