EXpress Vitals

My names is Viola Fisher, I lost my husband July 31, of this year. On October 3, I filled out a form with Express Vitals and paid for 2 birth certificates for James Fisher who was born in Cheneyville Louisiana, 707--; to Mary Carol or Carrol is her maiden name, his father's name was Woodrow Fisher. The order # is TLXSOCQP & the case # is 467460 could you let me know what has happen to
the Brith Certificates. Please, I need these Legal Documents. Thanks

Rudeness beyond measure

I've just spoken to one of the rudest individuals that you would ever want to encounter. Customer service at this place is horrible. They care nothing for the customer. They will take your money and then treat you like a piece of trash. I was just calling to get the status and update on an order and I gave the scenario of how in the past I used another company. He called me a liar and basically hung up. So I called back trying to explain to him and even apologize if I offended him or the company anyway. He still was very rude and condescending. I don't get it we are the ones that pay the money why are we getting treated like trash. I can't say anything far as the service of the company as of yet because I'm waiting on my document. I really hope that it comes. Better Business Bureau or someone needs to do something about the attitude of these people. It's just not right

Fraudulent Company - RUN!

SHAM Company!!!

I called to discuss next steps after providing my credit card for a total $103 charge for an expedited birth certificate. Folks on the phone are rude and offensive and when questioned why customer service is an attack will make comments about your intelligence or say your experience at McDonald's doesn't apply to their company.

You will not get a refund
You will spend extra money getting a notarized copy for California
You will never get your birth certificate

A supervisor will tell you the company has no address or corporate office and say you are wasting their time.

I correctly filled out all of the forms that they provided, and I paid them the amount they asked for. They promised that I would receive my document by 10-12-17. I waited until 10-17-17, but received nothing. So I called them on the phone and asked what the problem was. I was told that they needed my state ID to finish. I asked why they didn't tell me that when I hired them weeks ago, their reply was to hang up on me. They are very unprofessional to say the least. I am not finished with them yet though, and I will try to get my $122 back. I would not recommend anybody waste their time and money with these jerks.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! You will taken, just like I was. You will pay three times the cost of walking in to your local government agency and it will take 4 times as long to get a birth certificate. They advertise quick turn around, but they are at the mercy of the local schedule...some are quick, some are not. DO NOT PAY EXTRA TO EXPEDITE! They have absolutely no control over what the state does with the application. And states do not like third parties so they are not going to give any extra attention or expedite something that another company made money on. After six weeks I ended up walking in to our local government office and reapplying. I am currently fighting Express Vitals to get my money back. They are already out of business in some states and I'm guessing they will be soon in all states. Stay FAR away!!

August D. applied for her birth certificate in November 2011, as of this day she has not recieved the document. August is terminally ill and only has a very short time live. I am a very close friend of August and was given authorization too help her obtain her birth certificate. We gave express vitals 2 weeks which exceeds the alloted time coupled by the federal express fee. Now they are suppose to contact the customer if a problem occurs. They failed to contact her so we contacted them they said"a mid wife must have delivered August and it will take extra time but, we will contact you before Christmas. I wrote them a edited letter inquiring about the status. They responded too August in a very negative fashion in short Mike (one of the managers) stated their was nothing they could do and the letter was poorly written with misspelled words etc. and I was ignorant.(DEBORAH HER FRIEND). i AM GOING TO CONTACT EVERY ORGAQNIZATION THAT CAN HELP EITHER LOCATE HER BIRTH CERTIFICATE OR ESTABLISH A LEGAL LETTER THAT WILL BE CONSIDERED LEGAL. OUR FAMILY would like to take August to Canada but, she needs a passport. The clock is ticking for her life. This company needs to honor their ADVERTISMENT OR AT LEAST LET THE CUSTOMER KNOW THE STATIS.
