won't let me cancel
Upon receipt of my introductory package, I discovered that I did not enjoy the taste. Within a few days of making that discovery, I received another shipment of replacement filters. I immediately called the company, canceled my account and requested return information for the product. I decided, however, that I would keep this as final shipment and did not return it after all. Imagine my surprise when a month later, I received another auto-shipment. I called customer service. After being put on hold for 10 minutes, I was hung up on; I called back and spoke to a representative who told me that my account had not been "fully canceled" during my last call. Now I have to pay for return shipping on 2 packages, and the rep told me that there was no guarantee that the original shipping costs would be refunded. I'm furious and feel ripped off by EZ Smoker - a terrible company.
