DO NOT TRUST THEM
Booked a holiday with them on Saturday night. Then told my wife and two young children who were very excited. On Wednesday, they called to say wanted over £261 extra for exactly the same holiday because they had made a mistake. After trying to get them to honour their original price, I had two very disappointed children so decided to pay the extra. But Ezeefligt weren't finished with their unreasonable demands yet - they held a gun to my head. They would only agree to issue the holiday at the higher price if I agreed not to raise any further correspondence or claims and if I agreed that I had thoroughly searched the market and theirs was the cheapest holiday. I am not an expert on booking holidays! That is why I went to Ezeeflights because they were supposed to be in the business of booking holidays! Clearly they don't. They then had the cheek to say if I didn't agree to all this, they would not book my holiday and I could book it elsewhere at the eleventh hour!
If you are reading this - learn from this experience and book with a reputable, honourable agent NOT Ezeeflights.
