I have had a similar situation with them and seriously frustrated and angry. I also believe it may all have been slightly dodgy in the first place! I did look on another forum and someone on that says they have gone out of business and Cudo has offered them "credit" rather than a $ refund, which I feel again is unacceptable - I'm currently awaiting a reply to a very stern email just sent to Cudo...Good Luck!

Hi I paid for my voucher on 18/1/2012. I then rang and booked for the service on 18/2/2012 at 10am. Tried to ring around 11am, the first mobile # 0478 689 800 there was no room to leave a message, rang the 2nd mobile # 0468 361 847 which was switched off. Please advise what happens now. I'm having the same problem with them. Apparently their Brisbane office burned down and so they had to reschedule a lot of their penned-in appoitnments. The sad thing though is that I still have no idea when they're actually getting back to me regarding my rescheduled appointment. I'm starting to lose hope to the point I'm considering it was a scam to begin with. :(
