F&F MANAGEMENT collections company has made no effort to contact me or supply proof. It's a fraud, not mine.

Listed a collections account of over $3,000 on my TransUnion last month and when I disputed it they verified the debt. They claim it is money owed to Providian but I have never had an account with any such creditor.

I filed a complaint for the governments Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and won't know what will come of it for a couple of weeks. I strongly suggest you do the same if hit by this scammer.

As a result of the listing I lost a needed credit card and would like to sue. I wonder if there's a contingency attorney who can file in California (their mailing address) for me?
