Fraudulent Transactions happen with my Citi Bank Credit Card

Hi,

Today (on 9/5/2018) Morning around by 1.05am my Citi Bank Credit Card swiped for 50000/- (INR) on with the reference name FACEBK ADS fb.me/ads IE. they have done multiple transactions using my credit card ending with 3217.
please take the necessary action and give my money back to me.

and one thing i have been bit surprised that, in the Complaint Board i have seen all these type of transactions has been happen to Citi Bank Customers only. and no action has been taken from Citi Bank end. please try to recover money for me.
