My Citi bank was swiped with 70,000 in five different transaction.

How the bank is giving authorization with out OTP

When I check most of these happening with the Citi bank
what security they are providing the customers
having so much good name
Please look in to this
stop happening for any other customers

When transaction is happening for five times why bank is not calling before authorizing

Bank itself is doing the fraud
