Fraud transaction

Hello,
on 22st June 2018, one fraudulent transaction of Rs.24 euros were done on my debet card by FACEBK me/ads. This transaction surprised me and I do not agree with it, because I do not order any services.I only received an email of the transaction at 00.57 a.m. In my bank, employee there told me, that my money were downloaded.I do not agree with this transaction and I am kindly asking you my money back as soon as possible.
I have never dealt with this merchant nor ever done any transaction with them.
This is a VERY BIG FRAUD.
