it has been giving me errors for the past 5 days

I'm daily player. I'm facing loading problem since cityville upgrade their services last week. Almost whole day the loading mention redirecting traffic or loading error then it stop loading. Can you help me on that?

im tried of buying stuff on cityville and never getting my cash. thats just the same as if they steal from me. i could have gotten it cheaper from another place and i ordered it three times from cityville cash and never received it. ciyville sucks.
