this morning i checked my account and there was a charge on my card that i DID NOT MAKE !.7.00 FROM FACEBOOK.I tried to go to web site that they refer you to, but cant find any such page.. what can i do?

unauthorized charge to my card

i have on multiple occasions been over charged by a dollar or two, but this time it is 7.00 that i did not charge! This has come at a really bad time and i am just tierd of being ripped off!!!
