charges ti credit card

Two purchases were made one on 11/06 for 59.99 and the other one 11/12 for 59.99 and these are not mine. Please check this our and refund my money back to my credit card,

unknown charges

I just received my charge acct statement and noticed a charge in the amount of $2.78 stating facebook made the charge. although i do make charges from facebook they are no more than .99. the web site is www.fb.me/cc,ca. i dont know what this if for can you help?
