I had made complaints & request for investigations on 04th & 06th September 2017 pertaining to unrecognized debit transactions from my credit cards from 15th August to 04th September 2017 total amounting to RM13,806.07 from FACEBK. On 08th September 2017, FACEBOOK replied me confirming that my credit card account has been compromised and they agree to refund all purchases amount back to my credit card. Todate, I have yet to see the purchases amount refunded into my account. Please investigate and urgent the refund processes. Thank you.

I received few massage said that facebook charged my credit card without my knowledge and authorizaton. What are these charges for!!!

Please settle on this issue, i would not paid for any single cent.!!! And update me ASAP, drop me a mail- [email protected].
