Total rs 5857.17 has been charged by Facebk adds services to my credit card and without OTP received from bank. I want to know without OTP & MY CVV HOW can bank authorise the transactions.

There were four unauthorized transactions was made withmy SBI debit card. 15000+15000+15000+4900=49900 was debited from my account. No OTP and CVV was used for transfer. My bank account number- 10933493365

On 20th October, there were four unauthorized transactions was made with my SBI debit card. 15000+15000+15000+4900=49900 was debited from my account. No OTP and CVV was used for transfer. The following has been deducted from my credit card on 20/0//2048 under the following narration:

FACEBK ADS fb.me/ads IE Rs. 10,000/-.

I noted this type of fraud happening continuously worldwide. Banks & Facebook both should be responsible for the same.

There are fraud Transaction using my SBI Credit Card in FACEBOOK on 18-Oct-2017 without my authorization. My SBI credit card No ending with 6592

This will raise concern for safety issue of card of State Bank of India credit card.

I am staying in Hyderabad , India and this transaction has been done in Vietnamese Dong currency.

This is fraud transaction. I have lost INR 94000 with this.

Please investigate and refund(charge back) my money ASAP. I have blocked this Credit card to avoid any further fraud transaction. No One Time Pass Word (or) password authentication for these transactions.

Please let me know if you need more information.
