I saw a Factor_5 advertisement on a reputable site. The company states that they offer for prepared meals delivered to your home. To get the information of what type of meals they offer you have to put in your credit card information. That should’ve been my first heads up that this was not a legitimate company. I viewed the menus and ascertained I was not able to eat these meals due to the fact that I have irritable bowel disease and have recently had bariatric surgery. Immediately I canceled the order. The whole process could not have taken more than 10 minutes. Several days later I received two charges for a total of $125.80 to my account. I contact the company explaining that I canceled this order and was told that it could not be canceled and I could not be credited back the money.
