This online shop called Tripearl online marketing took my money and didn't send my order. I tried to call or msg him/her but no reply or answering my call. Can the relevant authority help to solve this problem? Thank you

Items delivered were not as purchased and called Customer Service to return and get Refund. It appears CS officer had handled similar case before and processed phone request VERY quickly. FPOL person came to collect back the order 2 days later.
I called CS again and ask when the refund will be in, she says 7 - 21 days. It is already 28 days, and still no refund in my credit card.
Process my refund immediately!

Fairprice online were to deliver a shop order of 41 items. the driver turned up late at night, very sweaty and nervous. He delivered 17 items and told me to sign the form.. I was scared so I did. He told me that he would deliver the rest in the morning.

He did not deliver the rest of the order.

I phoned up Fairprice online and spoke to Lynette, 5p, the next day as the order had not been fulfilled she told me that the order had been delivered. I asked her if I could speak with a manager she told me to wait and one would phone me up within half an hour.

Lynette phoned back at 530pm, the call centre was now closed, she told me that no supervisor was available, she told me to wait until the next day.

I have no food, my family will now have to eat stale bread.

No money no food.. no one even cares.
