Item still not delivered

Parcel no EHA119276787MY still haven't received almost one month already.Very dissapointed with poslaju service. The item also not moved still stay at KLIA HUB. Kindly, take action as soon as possible. Thanks.

Tracking no EHA119276787MY , this item still not move. Almost 1 month already the item still at KLIA HUB. Why this happen?? The staff not working?? Why the new item i post on end of june to my custmer already received?? Why the old item i post on early June my cusmter still haven't received?? Kindly, take action as soon as possible. I'm very dissapointed with poslaju service.
