A foreigner tried to get help from an agent to get a working visa. The agent took few months to check on this background & documents. After the agent investigated, the foreigner was not eligible to hold a working visa. The passport was returned to him & explained to him that he is not eligible. Out of anger, he wanted to take revenge on the agent, he reported to police that the agent provided a fake visa. The foreigner extort him for RM10k if not he would make him suffer in Magistrate Court. Would Magistrate believe that the fake visa produced by the foreigner is supplied by the agent?
