Shopping Carts with large tall polls on them

This Family Dollar store in Belton SC is not handicap friendly. The shopping carts have large tall polls on the side of them and you cannot take you purchases out the door. I parked in a handicap space at the front door and had a shopping cart full and had to leave the cart at the cart inside the front door and go back and forth to load my packages. Finally a customer leaving the store helped me with them. NO EMPLOYEE FROM THE STORE OFFERED TO HELP AT ALL AND ONE LADY WAS STOCKING A FEW FEET FROM ME AND JUSTED WATCHED ME !!!! This is very poor customer service and someone needs to be retrained. I know the shopping carts are stolen but what about handicap and other customers who need them to carry out purchases. I had talked to the manager several times about this and she said I could call the number listed online. Not friendly at all!! I firmly believe there is another way to hold on to carts without the polls. TAKE THE POLLS OFF THE CARTS AND RETRAIN YOUR STAFF ON CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! MAKE THIS A FRIENDLY STORE AGAIN AT THE FAMILY DOLLAR IN BELTON SC

Music Playing not appropriate

I don't usually complain , but the music that these two young men was playing in your store was very inappropriate lyrics like suck , b---ch,, pussy, I don't need to hear this kind of songs while I'm shopping
and there was a lady in there with her young daughter and she storm out the store and one of them was looking like what is wrong with her? So, you need to check your store at 1915 Erie Blvd, Syracuse N.Y. store #08307
I love shopping at Family Dollars but the two employees at this store didn't care about who liked it or not and it was coming
off there personal phone. All I'm saying is to let them know they should have respect for others.

STORE1228

MY SON WAS EMPOLOYED BY STORE 1228 .HE WAS ORIGINALLY COMING TO WORK FOR STORE MANAGER ERIC.THAT PATICULAR MANAGER HAD LEFT.SO HE WAS HIRED BY THE NEW STORE MANAGER DERRICK.HE STARTED ON A MONDAY WHICH WAS A DAY THE TRUCK CAME IN.HE STARTED AT 6AM. HES ONLY 18 YEARS OLD.IT WAS A FIRST START JOB FOR HIM.MY SON LAWRENCE HAS SEVERE WEIGH ISSUES WHICH THE MANAGER COULD CLEARLY SEE BECAUSE HE HAD SPOKEN TO LAWRENCE PRIOR TO HIRING HIM.HE STARTED AT 6 HE UNLOADED THE TRUCK AND WAS TOLD BY THE ASSISTANT MANAGER THAT HE COULD LEAVE FOR THE DAY AFTER THE TRUCK WAS UNLOADED MR.DERRICK SAYS.LAWRENCE THEN CALLED AND SAID TO PICK HIM UP AT 230.WHEN I ARRIVED AT STORE 1228. THERE WAS SEVERAL PEOPLE IN THE DOORWAY.it WAS 2 TO 3 FAMILY DOLLAR EMPLOYEE.I THEN OPEN THE DOOR WHILE ONE OF THE EMPLOYEES WAS STATING THAT HE WANTED TO SEND HIS fAT ASS HOME SEVERAL TIMES TODAY.THE ASSISTANT MANAGER WHICH WAS ANOTHER EMPLOYEE IN THE DOOR WAY.SHE NUDGED HIM AS IF TO KEEP HIM FROM SAYING ANYTHING ELSE DEROGATORY ABOUT LAWRENCE.LAWRENCE AND MR.DERRICK WERE ON THE COMPUTER PUTTING IN HIS INFO.FOR HIS PAY.IT WAS LIKE 220 THEN .AFTER HE FINISHED WITH THE PAPERWORK HE CAME OUTSIDE TO GO HOME.DAYS WENT BY.LAWRENCE CALLED NUMEROUS TIMES TO BE AVOIDED.ON THE 4TH DAY WE CALLED FROM AN UNKNOWN PHONE AND HE ANSWERED NEVER SAYING LAWRENCE WAS TERMINATED.STILL TIL THIS DAY HE HASNT PROPERLY TERMINATED LAWRENCE.

Poor Customer Service

Me and the wife went to the Family Dollar store on Oates Drive in Mesquite TX Saturday 2/4/19 about 8 PM to pick up a few things for a birthday party coming up. We wandered around the aisles and saw 3 or 4 employees, not a one said "hi" or "may I help you". They just keep their eyes down or keep texting or talking. So your on your own when it comes down to finding what you need.
Kelly found the basics chips, nuts, snacks and little cakes. Also milk and 2 or 3 things from the frozen foods. Who don't like pizza rolls. right? Any old which way in about 30 minutes nobody offered service of any kind.
The reason we go to Family Dollar is that the prices are real low and we also like to get the hot dogs for supper.. I lost my job last summer and haven't been able to find another. I'm 64 and it isn't easy to provide for the family any more. When we got to the checkout the clerk...who was very young and ghetto acting didn't say anything but "is this all" when I got the stuff put on the counter. When my wife put the EBT card through the machine it didn't take even after trying 3 or 4 times. The checkout girl just 972held out her hand for the card and then looked sideways at it like it was fake or something. Then she said ID please and held her hand out again while she waited. She cut her eyes around and looked at that sideways too. She said the name on the EBT card didn't match the ID and that it was against the law to use somebody else's benefits. The EBT card shows Max Terry and the DL shows May Ray Terry. It doesn't take a genious to figure out that's me. Its not like I was at the airport trying to get on a plane or something.. Anyway I said please call the manager, she wasn't looking like she was going to finish. That's when she told me...that she was the duty manager. I tried to stay calm and kept explaining the names were the same, all the time she was rolling her eyes and kept the ghetto attitude up. She called over a young latin guy who was putting some stuff in the milk box and axed him to "check it out" and showed the cards. He told her it looked ok to him. She eventually swipped the card again and it went thru, I owed $4.55 more and I paid that in cash. She never once said thank you or come again, just turned around and walked off.
We left and when we got home I called back and asked for the manager. She came on the line and I asked her name, I think it was Sheronda but I'm not sure...then she said "why the f**k you want to know". I said I was just asking and she said "you know now get the f**k off my phone". Wow, just wow Does Family Dollar know how poor the weekend evening crew is? I hope management will look into things and do some training. I would like an aplogy from Sheronda. I can be reached anytime at 972-686-9400 My name is Max Terry
