They would not issue a rain check when they were out of the coffee product

They would not issue a rain check when they were out of the coffee product!! I was told that some of the stores didn't even have the Folgers coffee to begin with - the Coupon was for $2.75 off a 33.9 oz can of Folgers classic roast coffee. I believe that is false advertising - I would like a rain check!!
