Annoyed

I'm currently level 24 on fantasy story I've spent now in the excess of around £60 pounds on game I'm at present collecting the purple shards for the items you have displayed I've collected the new animal and habitat for this animal but I'm being told I need to be level 25 to do this ????? Neighbours on game much lower than me have placed this habitat and animal !!! I feel that your company wants me to spend more money this is outrageous I'm not very happy and demand a explanation
