PARCEL NOT RECEIVE

Hi Pos Malaysia - POS LAJU,

Please assist to check the status of my parcel & deliver it ASAP.
Item was hanging at PosLaju Parcel Hub since 04 JULY 2018.
I've call your customer service 1300-300-300 hundred times but seems no one is working! If i know where my parcel is, I can pick up it by myself.
Kindly look into this & manage customer expectations. This is not a free service & we are paying of your service.
