I would like to put a complaint in for my daughter in law. Went to collect parcel in Bendigo, pressed buzzer once had waited awhile wasn’t sure it was working so pressed again and again waited at least over 5min. This lady stormed out out yelling, and carrying on.
I was left shaken and upset. Foul mouth lady with no patience I have never i my lie experienced anything like this. I have other parcel to collect and I’m to scared to go back so I have to get hubby to collect in his work hours.
