delivery complaint
was waiting for a package to arrive and I found out it was delivered on the 7th of November 2018 next door to my shop.
I saw the courier man delivered the parcel to next door and didn't realize it was my parcel.
A month later wondering why my parcel hasn't come yet.
I rang the fast way and told me its been delivered to 141 Maitland Road Mayfield nsw.
The person wore the parcel was left denying she reccieved it.
I spoke to fast way manager on the the 20th of December 2018 and told me his going to ask the driver to get it back from that person.
The is very bad service from fast way. even though the parcel has an ATL, Authority to leave, they should asked the persons name was on the parcel.
I'm not happy about it, i could not register my car because im waiting for that parts for my car.
very Dissapointed with fast way service.
