non delivery
Fastway left a card for me on 8/11/19.
on the 9/11/19, I went to their online tracking and organised re-delivery for Wednesday 13/11/19.
When the parcel did not arrive I went online and the status said to organise delivery still.
So I re-organised yet again, delivery for Friday 15/11/19.
When my parcel had not arrived again, I gave Fastway customer service a call, and they could see that I had organised delivery and said they will mark it as urgent and weren't sure when I would receive my parcel.
I rang Fastway again today and they advised me to contact the sender as they have sent my parcel back to sender.
They could not give me any reason as to why they did not re-deliver my parcel, and said as it is peak season this can happen.
This is by far the most unprofessional courier company I have ever dealt with, and advise you not to use them.
can you please tell me what we do from here for me to receive my parcel.

Parcel Service Theft
have tried to get a parcel delivered from Ebay to an address just to say there was no one home on Friday 20/07/18
so they took it to there Depot in Sydney and i had rang them on friday to find out where it was only to be told it will be delivered
on Tuesday 24/07/18 to no avail it wasnt .. so rang again only to be told it will be delivered on Wensday 25/07/18 marked Urgent
Must be Del and to no avail once again it wasnt .. so now i will be haveing Fastway Charged with stealing my parcel as i believe
it is Theft cause they refuse to hand over will also complain to there H R department as well as i have complained to the manager
i am over the lies and bullshit ppl always deliver dont lie to me cause u will be not happy with the outcome

Fastway Parcel Theft
