The delivery lady phoned and asked where the parcel must be delivered to, I said at the pharmacy inside the hospital, as indicated on the parcel. Then she said now she needs to drive around the hospital and it is so far she is rather going to deliver the parcel 2 days later when she has time. I said wait what!!! You can just go through screening and walk through the hospital to the pharmacy. She replied that the screening process takes to long and usually the customer will come outside to coleect the parcel. That is nonsense, it is not the first time she delivered parcels at the pharmacy so I do not understand why it is such an issue. It is her job to deliver Door to Door!!!

I honestly hope that she is not the boss because she is dragging Fastway's name through the mud completely and if she is an employee then her boss needs to have a very serious talk to her and even let her do a customer service cause. She is really not a friendly or helpful person. The company who used you to deliver my parcel is informed of your bad delivery service and hopefully will not use you any longer.

Really hope that something will be done is this regard. But Fastway will never be suggested by me to to any kind of deliveries by me or my family and everybody I know.
