They have stated their drivers went to collect the parcel on a few different days however people were home all these days and no one was seen. They claimed to have called but no one has been answering, no calls were received. This company has a 1.2 star rating and the reviews tell you all you need to about this place. The staff are rude and aggressive. An no manager you can even speak to our at least no manager they'll put you onto. An the best part is when I tried to cancel pick up due to their mistakes I get charged the full amount for no service.
