I wish to complain about the integrity of this company and its drivers.
Not only do they lie to you they also falsely update data in the tracking system pretending that they are doing their work when they are not.
I place an order for an item on the 10th. The seller confirmed it will be delivered by the 15th
I have received multiple messages from fastway that the driver attempted to deliver but no one was at home.
That is fabricated LIE
Our workshop is in front of the house in the garage which is right next to the front door.
There is someone always there to answer the door.
I received this message over a period of 2 days 18th and 19th both days we were home.
Nobody came to the door, there was no card left in the letter box advising we had missed the delivery
What really worries me is the integrity of the driver.
The tracking which I will upload here shows he tried to deliver it at a time that is completely different to the SMS he sent me later 4 hours later.
So what is right he tried to deliver in the morning as it states on the tracking information he uploaded or he tried to deliver it at the time he sent me the SMS?
this company needs to be addressed. Their call center is useless.
