Half a delivery

I ordered a double bed and it was being delivered by fast way courier i received 2 out of 3 boxes for 1 item how can i get 2 out of 3 boxes for 1 item???? So i contact them and the rediculas excuse i got was that are not taped together!!! Seriously its one item once the driver scans the box it should come up as 3 boxes not 2 so now i have to wait to put together this one piece as half is missing because apparently its sitting in the delivery bay!!! And it could take another 2 days

not dropped at house again

Tracking ID ..izoo2524800 was not droped at my house this is the second time in two weeks a package went straight to the drop of agent and not to me the only notive i got was from the agent, i was home in my workshop that has 2mtr glass windows that point to the road

NO Fastway Courier has dropped any packages at my home and if they were to attempt a drop were is the card to say sorry we missed
you at home and were to pick the package up at LAZY Fastway Courier

i will not buy from any seller that uses Fastway Courier i ask them first and if they say cant send it any other way i say sorry i dont want to by it 1/10 would give it a zero if i could wast of time Fastway Couriers you mayl see them go broke if they dont change

i would like a reply thanks

Rude Couriers

Just received a package that wasn’t even ours, then the driver came back after 15 mins with the right package. But the driver was being rude and demanding to open the door was practically banging on our door, it was his fault in the first place that the moron driver from FASTWAY delivered the wrong package. He swore to my 16 year old son even though it wasn’t our fault. We then got into verbal altercations and the Driver made threats of harming us.
So I rang Fastway customer service to complain but they seem like they didn’t care about it and just hanged up on me.
Do not use Fastway, crapiest service, rude couriers and always lose your packages.

Fastway lying and uploading false data

I wish to complain about the integrity of this company and its drivers.

Not only do they lie to you they also falsely update data in the tracking system pretending that they are doing their work when they are not.

I place an order for an item on the 10th. The seller confirmed it will be delivered by the 15th

I have received multiple messages from fastway that the driver attempted to deliver but no one was at home.

That is fabricated LIE

Our workshop is in front of the house in the garage which is right next to the front door.

There is someone always there to answer the door.

I received this message over a period of 2 days 18th and 19th both days we were home.

Nobody came to the door, there was no card left in the letter box advising we had missed the delivery

What really worries me is the integrity of the driver.

The tracking which I will upload here shows he tried to deliver it at a time that is completely different to the SMS he sent me later 4 hours later.

So what is right he tried to deliver in the morning as it states on the tracking information he uploaded or he tried to deliver it at the time he sent me the SMS?

this company needs to be addressed. Their call center is useless.

Fastway Couriers

This company has had a parcel for me for nearly 2 weeks. Originally I gave a post box address and was told the parcel couldn't be delivered so I changed it to a street address. Since then I have given the same address to 5 seperate people who all assured me the parcel would be delivered. It has since gone from Sydney to Adelaide back to Sydney then to another Sydney depot back to Adelaide and today we have been told it has now gone to Melbourne even though the Adelaide office assured us on Friday that they had it and it would be delivered today (Monday). This company is the worst company we have ever dealt with and you can rest assured that I will be sending out as many bad reviews as I can. This is an absolutely shocking way to run a business and I am amazed that they are still in business. Later today we will contact England and will be informing them that this company should be dropped immediately from their list of couriers.

Passed off my parcel to Australia post

Expecting my delivery I contacted the nearest depot and was told that the Gold Coast depot chose to except money from the seller whom I brought through off eBay them to save them money they passed it off to Australia post to deliver from the Gold Coast to my address they are excepting and deceiving customers that use their service that they can deliver my parcel should have arrived through their service within 3 days 11/05/2018 but now i have to wait till the 15/05/18

Terrible service

Parcel from overseas left at my residence despite me specifically calling to say please don't leave. The tracking is a joke it still says scanning pending despite the parcel having been delivered 1 day ago. The condition of the parcel also damaged in transit. Very disappointing and frustrating. I will avoid them where possible however eBay vendors perhaps have no choice.
