IT issues and missing product parts
I ordered a queen bed base from the website. The look and quality of the bed base was fine until there were missing parts. The plastic caps that lock the wooden slats to the other parts were missing. However when I try to make a warranty claim per the description on their website. the warranty claims page doesn't even work. It is requesting data where text fields don't even exist and wont allow me to submit my claim. For example the order ID number, but there is no where to type it. I am getting very frustrated now. There isn't anyway to notify them of the technical issue, as they do not have a call center. I will never be buying another product from them again, very disappointing. The bed base is now useless and so is their website.
