I took a payday loan with this company but noticed that the payment was debited a day early. The payment cleared but since it was debited early it resulted to an overdraft fee with my bank. Since it was their mistake, I should not have been charged a single cent at all. I called this payday loan company and left a message. I also sent an email about this. It took a day before someone called me back but I am happy that the issue was resolved. The company did a "make-it-right" gesture by refunding me the bank fee by applying the amount as a discount on my new loan I got. I was also assured that all future payments on my loans will be debited on the actual day of pay deposit. I recognize the importance of being able to avail of quick easy loans, during times of needs. I would like to stay as a customer to this company so long as they continue to recognize and value customer's feedbacks.
