Issues with Fedex
When dealing with Fedex, you cannot just call them, prove you are who you say your are, and have a package sent to another safer location based upon your needs. The package was mine. I paid for it... yet Fedex doesn't give a crap that it's me and I need to ensure a better place for my delivery. I just lost over $225 and I have no freakin' idea what stupid jackass p.o.s. has possession of my laptop. I have no conclusive idea where in Whoville (speaking metaphorically of Dayton Ohio) my laptop has been received by some stupid dunce capping primordial crackpot who was brought up in this world with his jacazz feet to the ground! There is no apology, no fixing this or making it right... and Fedex continues amassing cash into their immoral fiscal wallet!

Incorrect Delivery of Laptop
Hello. I had sent a laptop to Ratuken/Joy Systems for either replacing or fixing. When I sent the freakin' thing, I put in a letter stating I needed it sent to the Fedex Kinko's located in Dayton Ohio. I thought they would use common freakin' sense and just send it to there as requested (i.e. the seller of laptop). They did not. When I called Fedex, I was told I could not redirect MY damn package to a different location without the seller doing so. But this is not easily done by any stretch of the freakin' (you know the f word I want to use, right) imagination. Calling the seller I could not get through without buring through a ton of minutes (which I didn't have in the first place). When I called and did the automated option to have Joy Systems call me back they didn't. So these freakin' idiots at Fedex sent it to what was my previous address... but I had been evicted. Then the idiot driver had some major suck azz idea to deliver it to some other apartment I had years ago... I guess. They delivered it to a former street on but the exact address is wholly unknown. Joy Systems won't do fudge (use your imagination) to replace and make good on it. Now I'm out of a $225+ laptop, a laptop of which I had music, photography, and also quite importantly my poetry! Neither company seems to give a "f" about my pain and lost value. Please be aware... buyers beware!
