My item have been in transit for 2 months and I have been very nice for not requesting refund or suing this company. I've contacted their customer service and they denied their responsibilities on my packages when it is cleary sent to their facilities for shipping 2 months ago. My package tracking number is 451151683649, date shipped is 5 June 2019, and today is 4 August 2019. I encourages others to avoid this company service in the future if you decided to ship your item internationally.

My item still being held at their facility since june and I have been nice enough to not sue this company or request a refund for their mistake and avoiding responsibilities for handling packages. I suggest everyone to stop using their services in the future.
