Barang tak sampai

Kenapa barang saya tak sampai2 sedangkan dah ada tracking num. Lepastu check d tracking pos laju asyik tiada rekod. Kenapa ya. Sistem rosak ke apa. Ke memang belum di diambik dan dihantar. Tolong bagi tahu ya. Dah lama tunggu barang.
