hey some-bod we agree with you.. Its a sales niche but to use employment tag words and than have someone with tech support or customer service background be misled in a door to door job with no salary is deceptive. It is a cattle call and also stats or number game. In there eyes if they get 10 out of 50 people a week to come to the second interview.. they may get a sales super star. The fact they got someone all excited about finding a job in the most difficult time in this country is not a joke. Unfortunately the truth is overrated and this company can not tell people its NOT what they advertised until they filter out those that do the research and learn the truth, leaving a few who show up to the second interview. Those few are its labor force some make it for a week or two others don't come back the next day. Those few who stick it out because they cant get a salaried job due to a derogatory history become its sales force.. & this company and others have maid millions using this process they use for HR. This company has been in business for many years. Its success is based on the number of people that come to the second interview that ultimately take the position and excel or move on... Indirectly its like cold calling people. If you called 200-300 people in a day over 5 day period. The numbers say you will get a conversion or a sale(s). The same apply with Fiat Lux. they are not bad company but they are tight because its those in the core leadership that really make the money. They have enough money to pay someone at the least minimum wage but refuse to because in there eyes most people would not make an effort in selling there stuff and settle for the hourly and quit after their first pay check. So in the eye of the employer and the prospect employee its a trust deficit and a sucker hunt either way. there are so many incentives they can add to draw qualified people in but chose the sucker hunt method and taking the most desperate prospect at HIS or HER expense. Fiat Lux buys hundreds and thousands of dollars of over stock and other campaigns at Penny's on the dollar. in some cases they even implement a security deposit because they don't trust anyone..And because of this, you have the complaints above because of a trust deficit that someone hourly is gonna sucker them out of $7.35 an hr standing in 110 DEG, AZ heat!! What a shame..

Vector is huge..Because you have to buy the knives. the lead HR guys sells you into Vector..You buy the knives he or she makes a commission. Vector also uses deceptive employment tag word to draw you in. Its a face to face sales pitch with a bunch of pictures plastered on the wall of a bunch of people that aren't there no more, but are stuck with a bunch of good knives and out of 125-250$ they paid for the knives.. Again a trust deficit and a sucker hunt and a numbers game!!

Look up vector marketing they sell a product called cutco (good Knife). They are basically the same business structure. You know not everything is a scam and not every business has a good shiny new office I mean look at Home Depot or even a Sears. Its just not everyone is a good seller and not everyone is confident at selling with just a commission. I know I'm not. That's why when I found out this was a commissioned based job I said thanks but no thanks didn't even go in for the interview. But that's me I like position where there is a guaranteed pay there is nothing wrong with that. I think most of you are running into judgement that this is a fraud because it doesn't pay its employees a "guaranteed" pay. Its no scam its just how they run business I don't agree with it.
