I had a credit card dispute in mid April 2020 and they did absolutely nothing It took me me 13 emails to even get an acknowledgement They did nothing so I had to search out the vendor and get return authorized I sent them proof of return so they charged the item back to my credit card WHY???? Then because I refused to pay their mistake they started charging me excessive late fees and min balance fees Worst of all they reported me to the credit bureau an my credit score DROPPED 106 points because of their mistake and total lack of performance The bogus original charge on 7/21/2020 was 33.99 and that has mushrooms to 147.67 as of 10/21/2020 Beware of this Bank They will do NOTHING to help you and then charge you excessive fees to pad their profits. I emailed the CEO Carmichael and he did nothing
That is the employees get their lack of performance attitude
Do yourself a favor and stay away from them or sooner or later they will BURN you !!

I opened an account at Fifth Third Bank on Waverly Drive in Elgin, IL on September 14, 2020. At first, I thought this was a good bank, attentive to my needs. Not so.

In the beginning of October, 2020, I filed a dispute against a merchant in the amount of $501.00 At first, Fifth Third seemed to sincerely care about my plight.

As time went by, I was promised resolution of my dispute by October 29 as well as a temporary credit of $500.00 October 22.

When October 22 rolled around, I logged into my Fifth Third Bank account online. I was over $700 overdrawn.

Fifth Third never gave me my temporary credit of $500.00. Why? Because I was $1.00 over the limit of $500.00

As of the date of this writing (November 2, 2020), I am overdrawn over $800.00

What Fifth Third typically does is charge an additional $10.00 for each overdraft charge each day.

This is a TERRIBLE BANK with a TERRIBLE REPUTATION.
