I am sick and tired of receiving NUMEROUS calls daily from 5/3 Bank about a past due amount on my Equity Loan. I do admit I have been behind by one month is a payment, but today just sent me over the edge. The person who called stated I was behind and owed $450.00+ for September and Octobe 2105. First of all, my payment is due monthly on the 25 of each month. Therefore I am only a couple of days behind and NOT LATE on Octobers payment. I am work and see my phone ring numerous times and cannot always answer. I know the number 5/3 bank is calling from so can tell on my phone it is you.

I am so fed up with the ongoing harrasement calls. Please STOP.... I always pay, even if I am a month behind, you always get your money. I work hard to pay my bills and would NEVER not pay my Equity Loan. My home is too important to me.

Therefore, in closing, I ask you to STOP calling me or I will be forced to take this to small claims court. I will start to acknowledge all calls so that I do have a record of how many times you call my cell phone. Please acknowledge.

I WAS NEVER EVER TOLD WHEN I WAS LURED TO COME AND SIT DOWN WITH A PERKY AND SILLY SMILING ACCOUNT ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVE, WHO WAS WAY TOO HELPFUL BUT KNEW ALL ALONG, THAT A CLOSING FEE WOULD APPLY IN THE EVENT I WERE TO CLOSE MY BUSINESS CHECKING A/C. I RECENTLY WENT TO CLOSE ONE OF MY BUSINESS CHECKING ACCOUNTS AND THE REP TOLD ME THAT I WOULD HAVE TO PAY $50.00. WELL LUCKY ME, I HAVE TWO BUSINESSES AND 4 CHECKING A/C'S WITH THEM BANK.THEY LOVE TO ASSIST WITH PROVIDING SOLUTIONS WHEN YOU EVER SIT DOWN WITH THEM, BUT THEY WOULD NEVER DISCLOSE ALL THE FEES. THEY KNEW IF THE A/C CLOSING FEES WAS DISCLOSED TO ME AT A/C OPENING, THAT I WOULD NEVER SIGN UP FOR THE A/C IN THE FIRST PLACE, AND THIS TRANSLATES INTO LESS BUSINESS FOR THEM. IS THERE A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT FOR THIS ISSUE OR CAN I PURSUE LEGAL ACTION ON FIFTH THIRD ??
