poor service

I have sent 5 emails requesting information from Finchoice and had no reply. I finally phoned customer service and was told that the system does not allow! do we seriously rely on a system and never use our own minds? surely there should at least be a manager that could give a better repsonse and have a little more knowledge than "the system doesnt allow"???
frustrated and deinately wont recomend a company like this EVER!!!!

Settlement

Good day

I have requested that finchoice send me a settlement amount but the are telling me that my settlement is bigger than the balance.

Please solve this matter for me as i want to settle their debt

Bordering Harassment

To whom it concerns

COMPLAINT FROM NON MEMBER

I am currently working at Leofam Investments located in Vaalwater, Limpopo.
My contact details are: 014 161 0612 / 15 and 071 930 0301.
I hereby lodge 2 complaints direct at Finchoice.

COMPLAINT 1

Since last year July 2016 I have been receiving calls from your agents wanting to speak to Sarah Theko (I presume it is spelled like that).
Since last year Jul 2016 I have been telling each agent that there has never been and never will be a person working for this institution by the name of Sara Theko
Some days I receive calls from 2 to 3 different agents and by now I am sick and tired of telling each agent the same thing.
I am becoming rude and I do not deem that necessary as your people are doing what is requested of them.
If all your calls are taped, please follow up and check how many times have I given the same answer. SARA THEKO DOES NOT WORK HERE, SHE HAS AND WILL NEVER WORK HERE.

PLEASE, PLEASE PLEASE, PLEASE remove my number 012 161 0612/15 from Sara Theko’s file as she is unknown to anybody in this organization.

COMPLAINT 2

On contacting your service centre number, 0861 346 246 on 014 161 0612 the first agent greeted me as Sara Theko. I told him that is not I and that I needed a number for the complaints department where upon he said I must phone the service centre number and they will direct me to the complaints number. I confimed that that was the number I phoned and that as he answered he can put me through. His reaction was to cut me off. EXCELLENT SERVICE. Unfortunately I did not get his name

On the second try I reached agent Pandora who gave me a number that does not exist 012 680 0000. Nice going. How are your agents trained???????

COMPLIMENT

My third attempt brought me to Nabila Dom. On my first request for the complaints department number she told me that Finchoice does not have such a number but that I can email my complaint to the email address I am currently using. She direct me to an outlet for my complaint and was very professional about it. Her you can keep and she may also be promoted to instruct other agents on how to professionally, effectively and with expedition help anyone whom phones your service centre number in future. Thank You Nabila Dom you are a star.

NOW: REMOVE MY NUMBER FROM SARA THEKO’S FILE.

I have been asking for my paid up latter since 3rd January they keep on telling me it's coming after 2hrs but it never arrived.Please I really in need of this latter.
