This mane named Noel Garrucha Gallego who also has several other aliases,
Mr. Garrucha-Gallego has fraudulently requested to have my mail forwarded to himself from my home and work addresses. The post master is aware of both situations and we are still waiting for resolution. We have left several messages with a "Nicole" with the COAHELP team on May 28, 2015, to date we have not spoke although we have left several messages. 1-866-315-7856x6231. We have spoken to Phil Guard postal inspector who seems concerned for the La Jolla business address. 619-531-8231

Next fraudulent activity is conversion of property Registration Operation's Division: Mr. Gallego fraudulently signed ,my daughter's name on the registration of her car to himself, and now my daughter's car is reported stolen and Mr. Kelly can not drive his daughter's car not can she as it is mistakenly reported as stolen. The car is currently in Mr. Kelly's home Whitney LeMaster's IS the current owner, Mr. Kelly's daughter. on 5/19/15 Ms. Le Masters filed a complaint for courtesy Stop Request and record of complaint.
Mr. Gallego also tried to steal my credit cards, and put them in his name or another's . Case number: 15016557. Detective Siemer does not seem interested. 619-446-1043. and does not return any calls and seems to be sympathetic towards the criminal.

I recently received a letter from a New York City agency for garnishment. The letter is from Marshal Ronald Moses Badge #10 at 111 John street, suite 500, NYC 10038, phone number 212 349-4303, fax number 212 349 4309 , case file number Q138888. In this letter it states that I owe an addition 2,204.92 dollars. This is a fraudulent and outrageous charge because the amount was paid in full months ago. The original amount owed was 4,433 and with interest 5,789.32. Now this letter appears via my company (Coca Cola) that my wages will be garnished further damaging my credit and creating mental trauma. This individual and or agency waits about eight months to inform me that I will be penalized for a debt that was paid already. Why such a long wait period? and even if I were to paid this fraudulent amount what going to happen another eight months from now? will I receive another letter stating I owe some more interest. This matter needs your swift and immediate attention with a full and thorough investigation of Ronald Moses. I am very angry and disturbed right now and need your help with closure, in this matter. About 1 month ago I filed a lengthy complaint with the ECU about Attention Marketing, Inc., Flint Michigan and Jon Miller President of AMI in particular. I have not received any response from your offices as yet.
