Since my post of 2/28, I have AGAIN emailed this company twice, including a promise that I intend to file complaints with every federal and state agency I could find. And there are a lot of them. DO NOT do business with these people. They are more than happy to talk to you before they have your money, then all of a sudden, they forget how to talk when you request a refund within a reasonable time and with a valid reason. When you send them money, consider it gone. You would be better off walking into a casino and playing the slots. You're still going to lose, but at least you have some fun!
