paid up letter

With due respect I've paid up my finchoice loans in 2016 but even now its on my credit records that I owe finchoice R5167.00 that I've paid up long time ago.. Can you please send me paid up letter so that I could clear my name that still revolving I owe finchoice... Thank you

Paid my loan in March still waiting for a paid up letter bad service it seems like the consultants dont know how to do their job
