Worst customer service

On 10/6/2018 I ordered the above items and request for them to be shipped to chicago by mistake, I immediately called back and changed the shipping address to ship to Georgia. Unfortunately I did not write down the young man name, however he assured me on 10/10/18 that these items would be rerouted with no problem and that I would receive them by within a couple of days... WRONG - 10/12/18 I was told same story, 10/16/18 I was told the same story, 10/18/18 I spoke with Ralph who informed me package still in Chicago waiting for pickup, I spoke with supervisor April (if that was truly her name) she once again assured me that these items would be sent back becasue by this time I was furious that customer service were not honest and continued to lie to me. I was offered a coupon ($20 off) which does not do me any justice... once again 10/31/18 I spoke to Ina she said items were sent back to fingerhut...another lie because as of today 11/9/18 items are still at UPS place in Chicago waiting for someone to pickup.. I'm sure you see by now I am so furious with FINGERHUT I want something done NOW! I have been a loyal customer and with all this nonsense I still make my payments on time. I would greatly appreciate it if you all would resolve this issue...PLEASE pick up these items where they were delivered and return, the only way I would take these items is if I got them free...I believe I deserve that since I was being told lie after lie by customer service department...

I didn't get all of my phone

I bought some cordless phone now I suppose to get 3 phone I got 2 I have called and they are out of stock so I ask them fix my bill because you sale them in set of 2 and 3 they will not fix my acc

never recieved my full shipment/terrible customer service

I ORDER A 7PIECE PATIO SET, WHEN MY SHIPMENT CAME I RECIEVED EVERYTHING EXCEPT THE UMBRELLA AND THE CHAIRS HAD DENTS, I IMIDIATELY CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE TO LET THEM KNOW THAT I DID NOT RECEIVED THE UMBRELLA THAT CAME WITH THE PATIO SET, SHE LOOKED AT MY ORDER AND APPOLOGIZE STATTING THAT THE FORGOT TO PACK THE UMBRELLA THAT IT WOULD BE SHIPPED IN 5-7 DAYS, I WAS VERY ANNOYED FOR THE SIMPLE FACT THAT I ORDER THE PATIO FOR AN EVENT AND NOW IT WAS NO GOING TO BE THERE IN TIME DUE TO THEIR NEGLIGENCE AND I ASK TO BE COMPENSATED FOR MY TROUBLES, I ASKED HER SENCE I HAVE TO WAIT EXTRA DAYS FOR IT TO BE SENT TO ME CAN THEY TAKE OFF THE SHIPPING, ALL OF A SUDDEN SHE GOT LOUD AND VERY RUDE, AT THAT POINT I ASK TO SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR SHE TOLD ME NONE WERE AVAILABLE AND EVEN IF I WAS ABLE TO TALK TO ONE THAT THEY WAS GOING TO TELL ME THE SAME THING BUT I TOLD HER I WANTED TO SPEAK TO ONE ANYWAY, AFTER GOING BACK AND FOURTH WITH HER SHE FINALLY TRANSFER ME SO SHE SAID TO A SUPERVISOR BUT I ENDED UP TALKING TO A MACHINE, I SUCK IT UP AND LEFT A MESSAGE A FEW DAYS LATER I GOT A CALL BACK AND COME TO FIND OUT THE FIRST LADY I TALK TO NEVER RESHIPPED MY ORDER AND THE SO CALL SUPERVISOR WAS ASKING ME TO DOUBLE CHECK THE BOX TO MAKE SURE THE UMBRELLA IS NOT IN THERE AND LADIES AND GENTLEMEN I LOST IT, ITS AN UMBRELLA NOT A BOOK OR A PEN, ITS A BIG UMBRELLA HOW IN THE WORLD CAN I MISS THAT, I FELT LIKE HE WAS PLAYING WITH MY INTELLIGENCE AND I CURSED HIM OUT, I KNOW I SHOULD HAVE KEPT MY COMPOSURE BUT HE WAS SO NONCHALENT THAT HE MADE ME FEEL LIKE HE WASNT EVEN LISTENING TO ME. THE ENDING OF THIS TRAGEDY IS THAT THERE IS NO ENDING I STILL HAVE NOT RECIEVED THE UMBRELLA. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN, THEY HAVE THE WORST CUTOMER SERVICE.

Billing

I got behind on a payment because Fingerhut refused to do what they said they would do. I've bought from them before and paid the bill in full after they started adding late charges when I knew I wasn't late. This time a female stated they would waive the late one time only. She also said they'd work with me on the billing date since I am on disability and paid only once a month. It was not done. I called back spoke to a male who was very condescending . Kept repeating what he had to say and not work with me. I called back a third time and spoke to Ann and she said she was checking on it, but then after 20 minutes of her nonsense and leaving me on she hung up on me. I asked twice if she was still there before she hung up. No conversation about the bill except she was looking.

Customer Service

FINGERHUT customer service is all directed to Manila. They claim no customer service located in the United States. Customer Service their refuses to allow you to speak to a supervisor or manager. Claiming neither are available no matter what time you call. Horrible Customer Service, Representatives refuse to give their real names, employee I.D number and never allow you to speak to anyone other than the person who gets your call.

delayed shipment/customer service

Horrible customer service. I called and talked to someone named Keith at approximately 1:25 pm est today 07/11/2011. Ar first he refused to give me his employee ID# for followup. After going around, and around and around he says his employee# was 341. He then told me my order was cancelled due to a bad phone#. I then asked instead of FingerHut keeping my $30 down payment and not contacting me by email or letter, what was the real problem. He continued with the excuse of my phone# being wrong. I had to give him my home# two more times, he raised his voice at me, again refusing to connect me to his supervisor. After myself being in Customer Service 35 years, I know there is always a supervisor on or around the call center floor. I have never experienced customer service this bad from any business that I deal with. I could clearly hear him breathing over the phone, says he had to re-order the product. He says first I will receive my order in 6-8 business days, then he told my it would be shipped 6-8 business days. Again, I asked for a supervisor, and Keith claimed none available. I then asked to be transferred to the training dept to discuss how this call was handled, Keith says no training dept person worked there. Is this really how FingerHut treats there customers ? I just cannot believe I had to go thru what I went thru. Since it appears someone named Ariel got my email regarding me not receiving my order, that you do have my email address, and appears that you do have my correct mailing address. It disturbs me that my order was cancelled on your end, without anyone from FingerHut emailing me, or sending me something thru regular USPS. As for my cell-phone# being wrong, it was not wrong, but my time had ran out and I hadn't refilled it yet.

FINGERHUT HAS BECOME THE WORST ONLINE MERCHANT DONT CREDIT PAYMENTS EVEN WITH PROOF FROM MY BANK HOW THE HELL DO THEY GET AWAY WITH THIS STUFF??????????????? SCAM AFTER SCAM
