Dear Sirs In August 2023 I hired a car from Firefly Valencia. Upon arrival to the UK I was charged an additional 198.08 euros for WHAT??? I have already tried to claim this back as I did not agree to any of the charges other than the petrol although I was charged 98.61 euros for petrol when the tank was three quarters full so this is a complete overcharge. Charges below. NONE OF THIS WAS MADE CLEAR OR OFFERED BY THE MAN THAT GAVE US THE CAR AT VALENCIA AIRPORT THEREFORE, NONE OF THESE CHARGES HAVE BEEN AGREED WHICH MEANS THIS IS FRAUD!!!!!
