Dear Sirs In July 2023 I rented a car from Firefly Valencia. Upon my return to the UK unauthorized payments were taken from my credit card. I was charged 198.08 EUR for items I had not agreed to purchase. Apart from the petrol as I bought it back three quarter full but I was charged 98.61 Euros for a quarter of tank of petrol. I was also charged

I was not offered nor had I agreed to these charges therefore, these are fraudulent payments taken from my card. I have already contacted Firefly but they are ignoring my requests obviously knowing that they have acted illegally. I would like a refund of all the charges immediately.
