This company promises good service from beginning to end. You get service when sale wanted! They take your money & your on your own. Any contact for enquiries orcomplaints are dealt with arragance, promises & bull s***. They take your money & wipe there hands in glee, then look for the next unsuspecting customer. They are cowboys who lie to cover their incompetence they are cowboys! Do not use this company! They will fit your fire incorrectly, make up excuses come out and wreck it a bit more! They then blame the fitters, they would not know the truth if it was infront of them. Also they do not issue certificates of safety automaticaly you have to chase, again told lies why not & promised it will be sorted but it isn't. Again blaming everyone else except themselves! How they have been around 25yrs (they claim) is beyond me, maybe changing tge company name constantly has something to do with it. Do not shop here!! Cowboys who only want your money.

I had a similar experience: evasive and was so disappointed with the service. He does not know anything about fitting fires and since having mine I have head similar complaints. he does not offer any advice or things like having the chimney swept. Chesneys should be made aware of this supplier. DO NOT USE.
