I bought tires in July and it was like 5 hrs with a appointment to get out of that place. Very poor service!!! Then on (Nov 4) my front tires were soft and went to firestone to see what was wrong. They said the TPMS valves were bad. they tried to sell me new one for 3 times the price they are. I told them put regular rubber valves in. They did and recharged me for breakdown of the tires which were already broke down. The charge for that was 68 dollars which was wrong. I looked at the bill and they charged me 20 dollars for resetting the TPMS valves that were taken out. I did succeed in recovering that 20 dollars.It was like close to 3 hrs for this to get done (again very poor service) I think they try to rip people off in small ways to pay the help. There was a older lady there to get a car inspection and Firestone was up to 1200 dollars on her fairly new car. this is totally wrong!!!! These people need to get investigated on the way they are overcharging .

Mileage on my Prius has NEVER been below 50 MPG in 45, 000-plus miles of driving. Has nosedived to 43 MGP since having Firestone Champion HR tires installed. The "HR" must stand for "huge reduction" -- these are the WORST tires I have ever owned.

Lousy wet-road traction to boot. Stay away from these dogs...

It is horrible.
my 2000 accord always drove over 400 miles on highway with full tank, but I can't anymore.
also it's amazingly horrible on the snow.
